Lilly Rikhter was born in Grozny, Chechnya, in difficult times — war, a single-parent family, and circumstances where survival itself was the first challenge. That early experience shaped everything that followed: a lifelong search for strength, meaning, and inner grounding.

She grew up in southern Russia, where she studied classical music for seven years and later earned a Master's degree in Social Psychology, writing her thesis on self-regulation in athletes. Her path took her through several sports disciplines — powerlifting, Thai boxing, fitness bikini, and wellness — earning medals at regional, interregional, and national competitions in each. At interregional IFBB España competitions, she took first place in fitness bikini and third in wellness, and at WABBA 2019, she placed in the top three in the Miss Model and Miss Bikini categories. She also represented Russia at the WPC World Cup in powerlifting in Prague and carried the Olympic torch during the Sochi 2014 relay. At some point, an inner shift drew her away from competition toward something quieter — though not before recording a collaborative track, "Slice of Life," with French techno producer Jickow, released on the Mistique Music label.

Acting became another language for exploring the human experience. She trained at Studio Action and the Satirikon Theatre in Moscow, at the Acting Studio Brussels under Kevin Van Doorslaer, and completed an online acting program at the New York Film Academy. Her film career began with the nearly hour-long "El Viaje de La Vida" — a social drama about racism directed by Ivan Drudi, which collected awards at several festivals. A lasting creative partnership developed with Drudi and his company Neropuro: together they also made "4 Cabras" (Best Short Film at the Aldea Movie Festival), "On Time," and other projects. On Time earned the Best Actress award at the French Riviera Film Festival 2024, and her work was featured in Canarias7 — the Canary Islands' leading newspaper — in an article about cinema as a vehicle for social integration. She also wrote the scripts for "Breathe" and "Picadillo," in which Drudi served as cinematographer and handled post-production.

But perhaps the truest expression of her journey is WIP — Walk In The Park, the nonprofit community she founded in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria, in 2016. Every Sunday for over a decade, WIP has offered free yoga, meditation, and movement sessions in public parks — open to everyone, in every language, requiring nothing in return. Over 10,000 people have participated. In 2025, WIP opened the WIP Center of Meditation; in April 2026, the community hosts the I Festival Internacional de Yoga & Mindfulness Maspalomas 2026 and launches the WIP.CARE mobile app — a platform with free content connecting conscious communities.

Today, Lilly's life is centered on spiritual practice. She is a student of the realized Guru Swami Vishnudevananda Giri — a Master in the Advaita Siddha tradition — having completed her first year at the Rishi Vasishtha Institute. She is currently writing her first book about the early steps on a spiritual path, under the guidance of monk Mahant Romanatha.

It was spiritual practice that led to a complete rethinking — including her relationship with cinema. Lilly stepped away from the commercial projects she was being offered and, together with her husband Christophe, founded Bodhi Production SL — a production company dedicated to conscious content: cinema that awakens and inspires, educational materials, app content, and short films. The titles and ambitions of earlier chapters have given way to something she values more: honesty, simplicity, and the quiet discipline of daily practice.

She lives in Maspalomas with her husband Christophe and their son Maxim-François. She speaks Russian, English, and Spanish, and is learning French.
